An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

L - I feel like i ate too much, but I don't think so - yogurt, veggies, grapes, pita (and a couple chocolates from the table)
I just want to scream with frustration now...
So far so good for me today! Binge free day #3 for me! I hope I can make it!
after the gym i had cookies and candy at my grandmas...and it's not even dinner yet.
As I said, I'm in this funk and hope it ends tomorrow. In a way, I feel like I'm letting everyone down on here. I know that's silly and we're all here for support, but still...

SNACK: 10 raw almonds
LUNCH: grounded turkey, mushrooms, broc, chicken broth
SNACK: strawberries
DINNER: chicken burgers, grape tomatoes, cuke, 3T light GS dressing
SNACK: NSA fudge pops
