Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
B- hardly ate -90 cal granola bar- which probably led to big lunch
L- at Italian Grandmas - too much pasta and peppers, 4 cookies, 4 mini Halloween bars
As I said, I don't feel stuffed, and I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm taking it as I ate too much like a normal person does when there's Italian food. And I'm not in the "Eat more" mood now.
BongGirl- what do mean about drinking too much water? I wish I could do that!
