An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Sorry have not posted in the last couple of days...things have been going good!
I lost 4 pounds in the month of October - not quite as much as I wanted to, but it's four pounds all the same!!!!
My eating all week has been very moderate and healthy and I've been to the gym almost everyday.
Of course, the dreaded weekend is just around the corner, but I'm determined to make this one healthy for a change. I need some support, BIGTIME girls!!!!!
B- Cereal
Sn- banana + yoghurt
L- Baked potato, broccoli and cheese
Sn- Orange
D- Macaroni and cheese
at work- choc covered sultanas (a huge family sized bag), a chewy sesame bar, then after work I went to the supermarket (with the little binge devil on one shoulder and the little angel of reason on the other) and bought a box of biscuits and a pack of sliced cheese to shovel into my mouth in the car before I got home.
I was so angry with myself!!!!
New day, fresh start. Heres hoping my next post is better.
L - veggies, grapes, cottage cheese
SN - balance bar
D - (yay) 1 piece of pizza, side salad & zuccini
Ate a couple small candy bars, but for me, it's OK.
Ran 6 miles and did some Pilates DVD's.
Let's think of some weekend strategies now...
It's hard because I'm not in my school-day schedule. I eat normal breakfast, but lunch isn't pre-bagged and I start picking in the kitchen. Then dinner is usually out =bad. I probably should make sure I eat a complete lunch and plan my day's food. Let's start tomorrow with some weekend strategies!
Okay had an awful day at work today-screwed something up so bad, come Monday I may be in a lot of trouble-that made me feel sick, so I didnt eat all day. Went to WW today and gained .4 pounds which isnt bad because I was hitting the Halloween candy pretty hard there and I started my period last night. I went to Yoga for an hour tonight.
Drank all my water
B-Coffee w/sugar in the raw and LF coffee mate
L-nothing
D-3 ounces grilled chicken breast with Mrs Dash
Long grain rice
Cauliflouer, broccoli and carrots
2 pieces of WW bread with a little ICBINB
Dessert-tea and a Skinny Cow vanilla ice cream sandwich.

BREAK: V8, sf/ff coco/Toffee/mocha coffee latte
SNACK: 10 raw almonds
LUNCH: beef slices, broc
SNACK: pc string cheese
DINNER: chicken burgers, 1C chopped broc, lettuce, sweet peppers, cuke, 1T "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter", 2T light Pfiefer ranch
SNACK: NSA fudge pops, banana
