An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Today, was surprising for me
B - Kashi Waffles (yum), grapes, juice, coffee
L - carrot/celary sticks, warm pita PBJ w/banana and raisins (double yum)
SN- had it in my bad, but didn't feel like it, only coffee
It's dinnertime and I'm not even starving or thinking about where we're going out. :)

P.O.E (Plan of Eating)
BREAK: V8, sf/ff coco, mocha, irish cream coffee latte
SNACK: 10 raw almonds
LUNCH: chicken, fresh motz slice, string beans
SNACK: sf jello pudding
DINNER: ground turkey, chopped broc and broth aka "soup"
SNACK: NSA fudge pops
I ordered a veggie wrap and gave myself the OK to eat it all.
I got through my side of carrots, pickle, and part of the wrap and felt like I was forcing myself to finish the 1st half. Definity bagged the other half. go me
Took the dog out for a walk, one mile.
