Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
B - whole grain bagel/c.cheese, banana
L - tuna sandwich, 1/2 pomegranite, skim milk
Had a great workout at the gym for an hour.
Hope everyone is having a good day.
B- cereal/juice/coffee
L - cooked veggies/orange/tea
I'm off to the gym tonight for volunteer coaching/workingout so I always snack well between with a granola bar and such!
I think I'll weigh myself too for the first time in 2 weeks.
P.O.E (Plan of Eating)
BREAK: V8, 1T NPB, banana
SNACK: sf jello pudding
LUNCH: roast beef, salad, broc, 2 T baslamic dressing
SNACK: apple
DINNER: "legal" protien, veggies, fat (not sure yet...I have to work late)
SNACK: NSA fudge pops, 1/2c OFOM , 3T skim milk
D-Vegetarian Chilli, corn bread, milk
And I should be done for the day.
I may go for a short walk, just a mile or two.
