Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

(there was cake on the table at lunch and I felt so good about my lunch, I didn't eat any!)
Just signed up for a Thanksgiving Race with a friend coming home - haven't seen him in months. So excited to run with him and I want to look/feel better.
D-baked potato with cheese, brussel sprouts and a biscuit for dinner.
Just doing some weights and stretches tonight. Nothing major.
BREAK: sf/ff coco, mocha, irish cream, coffee latte
SNACK: 10 raw almonds
LUNCH: stewed beef, string beans
SNACK: banana
DINNER: chili over salad (Chilis)
SNACK: NSA fudge pops
