Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Not a great dinner, 2 slices of Pizza Hut Cheese and a bread stick. Not horrible though. Hope everyone else is just too busy doing important stuff and having a good time.
I did well today, too.
B - muesli cereal, OJ
Sn- banana
L - grilled cheese, V8
Sn - apple
S - chicken salad, bran muffin
Worked out at the gym today for over an hour. I am loving the gym, ladies!!!!
P.O.E (Plan of Eating)
BREAK: V8, sf/ff coco/Toffee/mocha coffee latte
SNACK: apple
LUNCH: fresh motz & tomatoe
SNACK: pc string cheese
DINNER: salad w. olive oil & balsamic ving, chicken breast, sautee string beans & spinach
SNACK: NSA fudge pops
Okay so Friday was good up until dinner-my husband and I had "date night"
B-coffee
L-nothing
D-chile dip with chips (didnt finish it all)
Taco sald (didnt finish it all)
D-tea and a piece of key lime pie (my favorite)-I did finish this
