SUCKS though, I feel you. Food is awesome and comfortable. But I know it is NOT the answer.

Ihatelovefood - yes, mindset is key. And mine needs to change.
Bridgway - I have been told I have anger issues, mainly because I hang on to it and internalize it. I don't blow up or have anger management issues in that way - but exactly the opposite - I fear confrontation, so I bottle everything up.
