Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

My top weight has been close to 300, I am 230 now and I think that part of the unmotivation and despair of being at or over 300 is that is just so diicult to move. You are tired all the time and your energy is zapped. Before I would get winded just taking 3 or 4 steps. So we just have to take small steps, a 5 minute walk etc, in order to make progress and then build on the progress little by little.
It doesn't have to be just salads, vegetables are filling and tasty! Fry garlic, onion and curry paste on a pot until union is clear, add vegetable stock, pumpkin and leek, boil until vege's are soft then blende and enjoy! Also lean meat like chicken, egg, fish and veal won't pack on the kilos. Eating just salads will make you feel like you're missing out, especially cos lettuce/cucumbers/tomatoes can get bland and don't have that much nutrience.
I have a thousand healthy, filling recipes so let me know if you want any and I can help.
Also it will do wonders for you to visit a counsellor to talk about your feelings. If you can work through some issues that led you to the stage you're at then you find you don't want to binge quite as much and will help!
Good luck and God bless :)
