I had a multiple mini binge today. I was really stressed and just was going to have a 100 calorie pack. Then I was just going to have a scoop if ice cream. Then I was just going to munch some peanuts. Then I was just going to have a carmel apple. While I was doing it, it seemed so reasonable. I didn't have anything major. Until I added up my binge buffet totals. How do I stop this. Just one small thing after another. They add up. I might as well have just eaten the whole container of icecream or the whole can of nuts, like in the old days. I just couldn't seem to stop myself. I really hate me sometimes.
