Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
I may never be able to stop binging. So, what I will do, is choose healthier foods, like apples - you really can't eat that many before you are full, and they are soooo beneficial to your digestive tract (all those antioxidants and fibre!) and so low in calories that they are actually an ideal binge food.
Better yet, I will continue to make an effort to include natural, whole foods as a part of my daily diet. Whole fruits and vegetables are cleansing and healing in such a profound way, they really are the key to our longevity and well being.
