My room-mate is driving me insane, by boyfriend is being so selfish and egocentric I don't even want to see him or talk to him but feel obliged to because his birthday is coming up, work problems, money problems....
...ARGH! I'm just at the end of day 5 of no binging.
But, sometimes, like right now, all I want to do is eat! I sometimes feel like everyone I know has some little escape, some way of dealing with stress: they have a drink, or they go for a run, or whatever. But I don't know what to do expect eat! Which I can't do...
...grrrr. Well, maybe what we need to do is find an outlet, a thing to do, other then eat! I'm not sugggesting we pick up some other bad problem, like drinking to unwind, but what about reading a book? A hot bath? Meditation?
