If you throw his stuff away, will he get nasty and physical with you? I hope not. But if he would help you and keep his stuff in his truck, that would be great. I am lucky - I have a supportive husband.
One thing that may help both the migraines and the diabetes is staying off any sugar and carbs, such as potatoes, white bread, or white rice. I eat a little brown rice or 100%whole wheat bread, and as my treat in the evening I have 94% fat free microwave popcorn.
Having a good addiction is terrible and so hard, I know. Good luck and keep coming back to this forum.
