Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
I'm so very sorry about the loss of your baby. That's a very traumatic experience. Have you received grief counselling? Have you been to see a doctor re eating disorders as bingeing is a symptom of an eating disorder called bulimia? Diets are not the solution to bingeing either. I can't stress strongly enough your need for professional help at this difficult time in your life. I would be glad to touch base regularly with you and be an encouragement in any way I can.
I will keep you in prayer. Bless you Lina..
I am sorry, too.
