Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

I completely know where you are coming from. I myself am horrible with over-eating. I am actually one lb above you at 227. I joined a gym and the firs two weeks I went almost everyday....but it gets harder and I have no motivation. I have no patience either. My depression is really affected with my obsession over my weight. I've done almost everything; when you see those "I beat anorexia" t-shirts or sayings it's true..i did beat it. I went PAST it. and Now I'd give anything to go back to it =(.
I am with you on wanting to lose and learn to eat right and portion size and how to control my hunger. We're in this together!
Today I didn't eat that much and I actually went out for a "jog" which involved me running for thirty seconds and walking after that. I did break a sweat! Tomorrow I will be going to my sister's for a swim. I used to walk everywhere and be very active, just with my own depression, I lost motivation to do any exercise whatsoever.
I'm glad you went walking! Every doctor i spoke to says walking is the best medicine.
Good luck tomorrow! I love swimming!! Just walk a lot in water and that shall make a difference!
I just weighed myself and I now weigh 225! Yay! I'm on the road to success/recovery!
I didn't get to go swimming today but I did get to spend time with my niece and two nephews. They're wonderful kids.
As for loose dogs i know that one...I used to run everyday and I had every experience from dogs trying to bite me to creepy strangers mock running next to me! Rude! lol. Is there somewhere like a park close that you could walk? Or carry dog treats to distract them? lol. :D If you need someone to talk to I am here!
I tried to jog the other day but with my current back problems, it prevented me from doing so. But walks are just as good.
WTF is wrong with people if they mock run? Bunch of idiots, that's what they are. Don't let anyone mock you!
