I was over 300 pounds for years... finally got totally ashamed and slowly started making changes.. it was not easy. I researched nutrition, exercise... and learned all i could on the internet...
he first year I was hungry a lot. drank a lot of water, had nuts, and little things to combat the hunger. Looking back I was probably under eating a bit. eventually I lived on less and was fine with it. Im hardly hungry any more. i eat on a schedule, and watch myself...
but I learned that I was eating for emotional reasons, so I started seeing a therapist... diets wont work, changing your life will....
