Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
I only binge on them if I'm in a bad mind set- if I'm feeling healthy and good, I'll eat them normally. On another note: Should we really be discussing this?! It's sorta funny though and making me hungry (but don't worry, I'm not going to run to the frige right now).
* pizza: once i ate two of the three pizzas you get in the 5-5-5 deal at dominoes, in one sitting
* ice cream: especially when i'm about to cry
