I am in my 50's and have had sugar addiction all of my life. When I broke my leg in Oct 2014, I suddenly had no access to sugar because I couldn't get to it! LOL!
It was tough going but then I felt better and dealt with my anxiety differently. But, I have gone off the track again. Its frustrating.
