When I first started running, I would be sore just about every time I ran, and be sore for a while, like a couple of days. Well, I have been steadily increasing the distance, have started working on speed some, and now I am rarely sore at all, like ever. I feel like I am working hard during the workout, but as soon as I finish and stretch, the soreness is gone. Is this normal?
