When I first started running, I would be sore just about every time I ran, and be sore for a while, like a couple of days. Well, I have been steadily increasing the distance, have started working on speed some, and now I am rarely sore at all, like ever. I mean, I ran for over 2 hours on Monday, half hour on wed. and an hour on Thurs. I did strength training and "core work" on the other days. Shouldn't I be sore? Is this normal, or am I a slouch. I feel like I am working hard during the workout, but as soon as I finish and stretch, the soreness is gone. Is this normal?
