My weight has stayed the same for the last few months so I am trying to change my workouts, my body has got used to me doing the same thing. I do abit of a mixture, rpm, weights, jogging, walking, step machine etc. Does anyone have any ideas or advice? Is it really worth while seeing a Personal Trainer? I'm skint but I might be able to afford 1 or 2 sessions. I am also trying to reduce my portion sizes as well!
