I know this is going to sound weird, but.... I have been doing weights for my upper body since January. Well yesterday, I just wanted to see if my push ups had improved. I always do "girlie" style push ups. Well, when I got started, I didnt' even think about it, I was doing the regular kind. Not that it was easy, but hey, I did 5 of them. Had never done any before in my 48 years , ever. so Woo Hoo!!
