This month, I'm working on my 25 pound mark with 4 pounds to go. I am 20 pounds away from my long term goal weight , 10 pounds from my short term goal weight. I take it one day at a time, and that seems to be working. :)
Thank you for sharing! It sounds like you have a lot of awesome reasons to stay healthy!
I would _love_ to get to 150 and have it as a holding weight..but I really can't go by the scale. I need to just use that as a guide. I carry a lot of muscle mass. Ideally I would love to be in size 8-10 pants and medium tops (general guide). But the world isn't going to end if I am not. I would just like to feel "normal". Which is just a setting on the dryer, I know. :D
I have never looked like what the scale reads (thankfully!!). Because of the way I carry weight, a fairly small weight loss will show pretty well in the way my clothes fit. As long as I am not losing muscle mass I am happy. Right now my muscles are hurting so badly that I feel like I was in a car accident or took a hard fall. :( I am sure it is the D crash that is the culprit.
I just stood and folded 3 loads of clothes (easy folding items) and I am so exhausted from it that I had to sit down. That is just bloody ridiculous.
Put it this way: In the Fall in two days I moved 5 tons of bags of pellets on my own. I _know_ something is jacked up here. :P
Off to bed now...
