Fitness Goals Support Group
This community is dedicated to group support around achieving fitness goals, whatever they may be, through personal training, athletic activites, or other strenuous activity. Whether you are trying to get fit to treat a health problem, boost your mood, relieve stress, or tone your body, this group is a great place to meet other like-minded people who have similar goals.

Nov 3: Bicycled a few miles to a park that has narrow off-road dirt trails with tree roots, rocks and tight, winding turns. Got back on pavement, then biked to a shady picnic bench where I rested a bit, then biked another mile or so around the flat black-top trails, then rested at a waterski area to watch people waterski, then biked home! Heaven!
Nov 4: Biking 10 miles up to a client's place 2 towns away to deliver product, then biking 10 miles back. Might chase it with a workout at the gym.
Today is rest day for me..back pain, etc..and its a trend I notice..walk 2 days and rest..Gotta listen to my body cues.. Hoping I can do more days this week..will be better..Hopefully..I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!
Later,,,Keep fitness alive!!!

Love it!
Love it! Love it! Love it!!
Every day I do something, yoga &/or pilates. On a slow day, may simply do 25 minutes. I write on my wall calendar which classes I attended or DVDs done. Have faithfully maintained this routine for 8-9 months.
Got back to the gym 16 months ago after illness, starting with aqua classes.
Consistency matters. You are very wise to listen to your own body.
Thanks for cheering us onward!
Would love to see this kind of post regularly. Posted like the weekly weigh in.
I would love to chime in with all that I've done but it doesn't amount to much at present. I did manage to paint nearly the entire house in preparation for the inspection that comes with my sister-in-law coming over for Christmas. I can't wait for the holidays to be over. hmmm. I love my family. I love my family. I love my family.
Keep up the good work. I hope to be exercising right along with you the next time you post your progress.
