Fitness Goals Support Group
This community is dedicated to group support around achieving fitness goals, whatever they may be, through personal training, athletic activites, or other strenuous activity. Whether you are trying to get fit to treat a health problem, boost your mood, relieve stress, or tone your body, this group is a great place to meet other like-minded people who have similar goals.
I did go and about half way through the workout I began to feel dizzy and nauseous so I have to stop. The trainer said that was okay and normal for the first few workouts. I'll go again Thursday night.
I bought a heart rate monitor so I can make sure I don't go over my max which is 170. Things are already starting to get easier. Last week I was so sore I could hardly walk (I took lots of Epson Salt baths), but this week I am hardly sore at all. Yay! I am so determined to keep this up and really needed the encouragement of other people and trainers. If you have a Boot Camp workout in your area, I would highly recommend it. A lot of fitness centers are having them now.
Good on you for eating healthier too. That's the way I like to do it, not really a diet, just a lifestyle change for healthier and fresher foods.
Another thought is that as you get healthier, this will get easier! That horrible nauseated feeling after boot camp is just going to slowly disappear, and you're gonna look at yourself and it'll dawn on you suddenly: "Holy crap. I'm fit!!"
