Then I made myself go no matter how bad it made me feel because I wanted exercise to be a priority in my life. I forced myself to go at the same exact time every day. It was not fun in the beginning which is when most people quit. That's why they don't give refunds on 3 month memberships at the gym I go to.
After about 3 weeks of doing this every day, I began to enjoy it. Now, I have more energy! I have more stamina! The pounds are beginning to drop off! I am feeling better about myself! Dam, I look good and I feel good!
I later learned that it takes 3 weeks to create a habit, because now it is hard wired into your brain so when you skip a day, you miss it.
Always.....focus on the end result you want to achieve and do not let your ego get in the way with procrastination.
I just started running a few days ago after taking 6 months off so now I have 20 pounds , I need to lose on top of getting back into shape again. The pounds go on alot faster then they come off for some reason.
Keep us posted.
Good Luck!!!
