When i first started running i did not have the stamina i do now thats for sure!
My advice to you is to keep at it everyday, and rejoice in even small triumphs!
if you start out by walking/jogging and build your way up to running that helps too!
consistincy is the key, make sure that you are doing something active atleast 5 days of the week..you will gradually start to see a difference in your stamina!
it is so hard to stay motivated! that is one of the biggest obsticle to most people because the results are so minimal at first it is hard to notice yourself improving...but dont give up it gets better and it is worth it!
Just keep doing it.
Keep on moving...you'll eventually build up your endurance. I used to hate jogging, but I really enjoy it now.
Start by walking and with time, yoiu can put on ankle weights when you are walking. you can also put weights on your wrists or in yoiur hands while you are walking.
Before you know it, you will find you are walking miles and feeling not too bad at all.
Not everyone runs or jogs, and people still get into shape.
After awhile, you can jog for a short distance, then slow to a walk for a distance, alternate the walking and joggin.
As you walk more, you will feel you stamina increase. It will come with time.
