I am a 48 year old female. I have just lost some weight, still losing. I am over half way to goal. I mostly walk, and my legs aren't looking half bad, at least a lot better than they were. I also do stretches and work out with free weights every day for my arms. I can do 20 push ups at a time (the girly kind). When I started out I could do ONE. The problem is, the upper part of my arm is coming along nicely. I can actually bend my arm and see a muscle there. The under side of my arm is quite another matter. It just sits there flapping back and forth like, "so what do you expect me to do?" Do I just have to live with this (can't afford plastic surgery), is there some exercise I can do, or will losing more weight help?
