p90x? i like the kenpox for fun, and the cardiox for a sweat fest. just saying.
walking, push ups, crunches, throw in some jumping jacks. here is soemthing you might try, although you will quickly get past it
20 jumping jacks. get the blood goign heart rate up
max push ups. go wide and start hitting the pecs now. elbows out, wrists parallel to elbows and on knuckles to protect writst.
max out on crunches or bike crunches
check your heart rate. if so repeat this, add more stuff to it, for 20 mins, but keep hr in target zone.
i hope this helps. the fancy programs and stuff work, but a lil research and knowledge in action does too.
I'm on board with everyone who says heart monitor and cardio. I have an elliptical at home that I use almost daily in tandem with a heart monitor to the tune of burning 400+ cals backward and then 400+ cals forward. My heart monitor keeps me (when I'm paying attention to it and not daydreaming) in my proper fat burning zone. I've also added verticle leg lifts (bent knee) on a Roman Chair for abs and (girl) pushups for arms/back/neck. The heart monitor is one of my favorite parts of working out sometimes when I don't feel like working out, I m ay still be excited to see how many calories I can burn, and it gets me going. Whatever you choose, please be safe, sane, and good luck with it!
you can do it yourself like me but it takes practice, but when i am in my zone my pusle is easy to find. here are two sites that can help you understand.

While doing cardio, I keep my clients between ( on a scale of one to ten) at about a 5-8. Yes that is the fat burning zone.
I would suggest for a fat loser look into a cirqiut training routine. .......
good luck
You also want to really watch your nutrition plan, dont diet!! The idea is to do something that you can do forever and is a lifestyle change. I dropped 47 pounds in 3 months doing the beginner version of P90X and I hadn't worked out in years up until then, so if I can do it, so can you my friend. Do you have the nutrition guide for P90X or Insanity? Those are a good starting point. I would be glad to help you through the workouts if you want or need a little pushing or some tips. Good luck and stay positive!
