You move to England made me think about that option.
How did you arrange the legality of it? Once I saw a position for which I was qualifies, but the announcement came with a disclaimer that the applicant had to obtain his visa.
I 'd appreciate your advise .

For a non-European the best thing I can say is save money... not for the move or the initial costs - it is necessary to help with getting a Visa.
As a non-European, I agreed that I can not get any benefits for five years. I also pay a surcharge (on top of my visa) for medical care.
As a non-European, my wife and I filed for a spouse visa. To do that she needed to make 18,600 pounds a year or have a savings account with 2.5 times that amount, excluding the first 16,000. My money or prospects for a job could not help at all in the initial visa application.
For someone hoping to move to the UK on a work visa, they need to prove that many English folks can not do the job... and they must make at least 35,000 pounds a year (roughly $50,000). Or have at least 2.5 times that amount in savings - excluding the first 16,000 pounds.
A lot could change after the 23rd of June. On that day a vote will take place to see if England will remain as part of the European Union. If they vote to leave, then immigration laws will change - more like an Australian point system.
If they vote to remain in the EU, then the next timeline will be the UK's Supreme Court hearing on immigration laws. Many families are kept separated because of the strict guidelines for income and finances, which the court case is saying hurts the family - not only the spouses but the children as well.
So, like I said - save money and then save some more... and more... money opens lots of doors to England.
