I need something more stronger to keep me from drawing on my savings. Usually for gas or food for the week when I run out. But it goes faster than my income comes in. I need a higher paying job or something. ugh!

I agree with Bill, keep the faith... you saved money once you can do it again... just don't get a loan, that will just make it worse in the long run...
Changing jobs to be never solves the problem... money will still be tight and you'd be starting all over... you'd lose your benefits from your present employer and vacation time...
I'm a firm believer in cutting expenses before worrying about income... try that first...
