you know why? I just looked online at my electric bill and it is at a zero balance! yeah! I feel good for that, I may be struggling and have zero in my account, but its because my light bill is paid and I will have lights for the rest of the month.
I have not had a zero balance in over 2-3 yrs. It was a sacrifice I decided to make when I realized the only way I was ever going to get ahead is pay my bill, so I paid it, $210.00 dollars. I also signed up for automatic withdrawal which made it so much easier not to see the money disappear from my account.
I think I will do that for my cc acct too. So that way I am not seeing the money disappear, and it will get paid for me. I just have to realize that the money is not there, and I will not be able to touch it until the bills are paid, than I can use it. On payday I can just minus it already from my acct so that way I see its already gone. and be self willed when i see that zero balance on my books.
I don't feel as bad now as I did last night. I lost a lot of sleep because of it, but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now. Yea!!!!

You've got more courage then me... I always have stayed away from automatic withdrawal. I always worry about an unforeseen emergency and not having any money to take care of it.

I have a hard time saving money because my family always smells money if its in my pocket. I have a hard time having self control also. I want everything immediately. it sucks. lol
I never thought I could save money, then I started a savings account and I can't wait till my paydays just to add some more to it. It went from having money so I must spend it, to now having money I must save it...
