I kinda imagine my lousy vet giving me a hard time over this----though I would usually go through two hundred dollar trips to vet, and even put extra fifty dollars down for last time.
down to one hundred dollars in bank, and since I'm on disability, not as though that number to rise soon.
I turned out as stupid as my lowlife scumbag parents, who wasted tons of money on other lowlifes, while being a cheapskate to me....should have taught me to watch my money.
my idiot dad killed himself when he no longer could be a big shot to his barfly buddies and to the the church goers who never invited him to their home....though he would go caroling with the church to homes, while our house at xmas was total depression.....practically nobody went to his funeral, despite his wasting money on others.
my evil mom, to be a big shot with the sister she hated, bought two home made whatever/quilts, for FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS off her, to give away, with my idiot dad's insurance after his suicide....and idiot me living at home signed $3,000 over to her----which she loaned/whatever to my back stabbing friend, with them in court over it. Of course, none of them went to my evil mom's funeral.
Stupid me at 55 getting close to my idiot dad's age 58, when he called it quits.

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

I hope, when the time comes that your memories of it will be filled with love for your cat and not bitterness with the vet...
In my thoughts and prayers...
back in 2001 I was able to get a neighbor to take my dying dog to a vet 15 miles away, cause I heard my dying dog crying in pain from this vet carrying him by his neck?
a woman working at 15 miles away vet told me she quit my hometown vet, for similar reasons.
maybe 20 years ago, the prior vet? and the county I lived in would no longer use dead cats and dogs for....chicken feed---that's what became of dead cats and dogs; I still have the clipping from my hometown paper. Mad cow disease came from dead cows being fed to livestock.
yesterday I called vet cause my cat threw up for one millionth time, today cat eating ok and hasn't thrown any of it up
tomorrow a 3 mile walk or bike to pet store for 20 dollars of fish oil to shoot down his throat; fish oil miracle stories on internet.
if the poor cat stays ok till next month disability check, I can ask my landlord to take us to another vet for the end, cause I don't want to return to this one.
the female vet, with a big diamond wedding ring, is definitely the one I want to avoid at my hometown vet.....after all the times I paid the full amount, and extra, every time I went there.
my poor cat right now is a bag of bones; "they shrink' as one cat owner told me; i'll probably need a pickax in this freezing weather, when the time does come; I don't trust vets giving the right ashes back.
he has a $4,000 vehicle, with a thermomator on windsheld, and LOTS of friends and relatives.
AND MAYBE ONLY TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS, IF I HEARD HER RIGHT, FOR LAST TRIP.
so, a couple days to make a big difference, with me getting topsoil and pickax and stuff ready for next week final trip.
so, my vet ok anyhow
no car, no friend, no ,mere $200? to do it.
