what is the pain like?

Hello! My doc thinks I have RA or fibro. what is the pain like for people? I have joint pain, somewhat, but the soft tissues, the muscles, the tendons are what really hurt. The pain moves all over my body, as though it were looking for somewhere to land. Does anyone else have that? I don't know what the pain for either is "supposed" to feel like.

My pain moves around alot - feels like I have the flu in different muscles....I also experience tingling and pain in my feet, hands and neck.

Hi, Adriana....my fibro pain is an aching that is worse in my neck, upper back, shoulders, and arms. I have this everyday. To a lesser degree, I also hurt in my hips, buttocks, legs, and feet.

If I get out to do anything much, my legs and feet will hurt more.

i have the same pains as rosepark. also extreme fatigue. sometimes it feels like i'm wearing a lead suit. sometimes i can't stand to have even something like the bedsheets touch me..............it kinda feels like they're burning and an elephant is sitting on me.
