What is naltrexone

I never heard of that med. what is it and have others used it.Thx.I still have not found meds to give me relief

Doctors write a regular prescription, but the dose isn't available from a regular pharmacy. You have to get it from a compounding pharmacy.

I've been taking it for about three months. I seem to have more energy, strength, less brain fog and better sleep. As far as pain goes though, I'm not sure.
