The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

I started doing the first 10 exercises with no more than 10 reps. I stayed at this level for 1 week. I began adding more of the exercises, without more than 10 reps. After 4 weeks, I started adding 1-2 reps every 3rd day.
It took months to get to the full amount of reps.
This was part of a one year long pain management class.
What type of exercises are you doing now? I was taught to very slowly build up my exercises. If you do too much too fast and you have a flare, it can discourage you from doing any more.
Gentle hugs
Then worked up to half an hour of yoga a day for 15 years.
I took a looong time to build up to doing handweights or mat workouts. I started the weights without weights, in fact, just doing the motions.... and mat workouts started at 5 minutes, worked up to 45.
Since my 2011 disabling-the-hip accident, however, yoga and many mat things are out of reach, so I YouTubed exercises for paraplegics, surgery recovery, whatever was gonna be "soft" on the damaged parts.
Slow, steady, and slow.
One person here long ago had great advice: watch TV. During commericals, stand up and do the exercises. Watch the show. Given how many commercials TV has, that can backfire, LOL, but it was a great intro to the concept of "do a few minutes here and there, until you can do the minutes all in a row".
Yoga, pilates, tai chi, warm water therapy pools, all excellent options.
Just remember, Fibro means your muscle already feel like you had a workout. So it's like adding onto a hard workout. You don't do it in big steps.
Luck and blessing.
