No, not a cure but a definite improvement....been doing this for 2+wks.
I try to drink 1 gal of water each day. I've noticed when I do, my stiffness is less and so is pain. At least it helps so I don't feel as if I may die...instead just feel yucky.
So, from the brink of dying to yucky is an improvement. Hope this helps. Also began ALEVE which lasts for 12 hrs. It also helps me get through the night with better sleep. Better sleep, better me, less FM!

And Aleve is the only pain killer that seems to work reliably for me. It's somewhat inconsistent in that it helps more sometimes and less others, but it always helps.
It's encouraging to see the same tactics working for others.
