You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
I have the same issues. Busy carpets, stairs, etc. But movements do it to me, too. When driving a winding road, riding an elevator, etc. Sometimes I'll just be walking to the bathroom and it will hit me out of nowhere. The hardest thing for me is when I'm swimming at the beach and I get dizzy, which happens more often than I'd like.
I also lose my balance a lot. Just walking along and then like someone suddenly pushed me. I've told this to the doctors over and over but they just give a puzzled look and move on, even though I'm covered in bruises. If doctors don't know the answer, seems like hitting the ignore button is the common solution for them! So frustrating!
I also have ankylosing spondylitis, an AI disease, and I've noticed when I flare, and inflammation is higher, I have the dizzies. I know how awful and frustrating it is. I'd follow up in the BP issue though, since yours was found to be high.
I pray you get some answers soon.
