I said the famous words again, "Oh I can do it!". Please I need helpful thoughts sent my way. OK, what am I going to do this time? You're not gonna believe how stupid I am.
Hubby and I (only us) are going to side our house starting this afternoon. We are going to install vinyl siding on a whole house. It is two floors! He is supposed to be the ladder man, and I am the ground team. My job is to keep cutting the stock and bringing it too him. The pieces are huge, awkward to deal with. I helped to unload the delivery truck yesterday. Even the insulation panels are difficult to handle. I was in lots of pain afterward. Another job is probably get hubby tools, and his iced tea.
We don't have a lot of money, so this way all we had to pay for is the materials, and we do the labor. This project is going to take weekends, and when he gets home from work.
He is counting on me, but I am terrified that I will let him down. I have been feeling better lately, stronger from all my morning walking, but not this strong. What did I agree too? I am in deep Doo-Doo.

Some tips are to tape all the seams with the red plastic tape. If you have windows that are not perfectly square, then start even but work your way up to whatever window angle you have. Work your way up to the window at an angle so it's even at the window. Does this make sense? Our daughter was doing it perfectly even all the way up to the windows (then it was crooked) and someone stopped their vehicle and helped her. He was a siding expert!
Can you get a few more friends to come and help? That way 2 can be holding the insulation, one nailing and the other one (you, resting or getting iced teas) :)
You could invite freinds and family and neighbours over to help and turn it into a party like event???They do the hard graft you make the refreshments and put music on etc..
This way you get lots of help so it gets done quicker and you are not struggling and making yourself ill???

He has first customer for his tree service business. I'm debating whether or not I'm going to go. Son will split profit with son and son will buy his own school clothes! Works for me as I was going to buy his clothes anyway! he he he
