Of course, he was actually tried for it, which is whgat the Founders intended ---- nobody above the law, or there is no rule of law. (Well, at least when it came to white men. For 1780s that was pretty radical. Too bad the follow-up stayed there.)

Miki's biopsy showed that it's a more aggressive mast cell tumor with incomplete margins. Meaning it's likely to grow quickly and could spread (if it hasn't already), and there's tumor cells left behind after the surgery. I basically knew this would be the case, but it's a gut punch to confirm it. I just checked the lab results online, didn't actually talk to anyone about it yet, but I know my next step is gonna be an ultrasound once her incision is healed. It turns out the thing I felt yesterday on the end of the incision was inflammation because she's got an infection starting. I called my other job and picked up antibiotics on my way home (I could have gotten antibiotics here but we only have the smallest size, and I would have depleted our supply for my 42lb dog). I left her home because we only have appointments until noon, so I can go home and walk her. If I'm lucky I can stay there. It's rainy and gross here, so a nap would be really nice
