The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Docs say it is because of the Aspirin.
You may have a inner ear infection so call your doctor I would. (if you get sick to your stomach, call right away)
Hugs and good luck

Dakota....that swooshing sound....and feeling like you can hear your blood. I've always been advised that could be high blood pressure. But in your case I suppose the asprin is acting as a blood thinner and thus making it ....crap I dunno. I'm sure your doc checked everything out.
As for me, yes - ringing in the ears always - I didn't know that wan't normal until recently. I'm not sure if I ever remember silence - or if it was ever there. Dizziness comes and goes for me also.
Take care
