I am reading _Earthing_ and it is fascinating. The earth's electrical field is full of electrons which we need to clean up our free radicals, otherwise known as protons! If we stand or walk barefoot on the earth, especially damp earth, we join to the earth's electrical potential and share the same 'force'. Our bodies take up electrons which join with the protons and neutralize them.
Of course it is so much more than that. I have simplified it but it actually IS simple. There is a bunch of anecdotal testimonies and some small scientific studies explaining all this. I'm absolutely sold on it. It just makes sense.
One man was given teh inspiration to look into this and develop the knowledge about it. He's joined with some docs and they have some products that help people to 'ground' themselves. I plan to get some of their stuff and use it for my family.
When I am not so tired, and don't have to get schoolwork done, I plan to copy out some info from the book to a post here for you all. Meanwhile, you can take a look at the website:

Thanks for this post! Interestingly, I ran across similar information and it sounds like pure logic to me. I didn't read about the earth being damp, so I thank you for that.
Funny thing, I have neuropathy that my doctor diagnosed as idiopathic, or cause unknown. I always hate that type of diagnosis, but when I focus on the tingling it feels more like little painful electric shocks running through my legs, feet, arms, hands, and neck.
If anyone else on this thread has neuropathy of any type, it might give us some answers if we all tried the same test, then post the result.
When the tingling pain is at it's apex, we go outside and ground ourselves in the damp earth. I'm sure you all think I'm nuts, but it's a harmless nuts so humor me.
