Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
That would actually be good news because they're very treatable.
I get myofascial trigger points in some WEIRD places sometimes----including my bicep, and there's one in my back, and.... anyway, yeah, worth checking out.
Luck to you,
Leo
Usually I`d tell it like this.In my elbows/shoulders/neck/hips.knees.u name it I have pain there!..However mine`s like a burning pain ,with stabbing./shooting pains off/on.I`ve tried massage ,heat./cold ,stretching the sore joints/areas ,but so far nothing`s really giving me any relief/I also wake with pain in the heels of my feet ,which is incredibly painful ,and ,again ,burns like mad!
Do you experience any swelling with your pain?Only mine is usualy caused (accord to my dr) ,by tennis/golfers elbow!(don`t do either!:)..When they swell badly ,and I become inactive with pain and stiffness ,my dr will give me an injection ,which will usually bring some relief..Good luck ,hope u can find what`s causing this ,andget some help/relief..xx
