Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

I only ask because I had pain such as you're describing for years - couldn't ride in a car for long, or sit for long. I learned in physical therapy that it wasn't my tailbone at all, but a spasm in my piriformis muscle that was causing that pain.
There are very effective stretches to help with that - and there's no harm in trying. Google "piriformis stretch" and you should get some links to diagrams/pictures of the stretch.
Truly not trying to be insulting - but if it turns out to be that instead of your tailbone, there is a solution.
That is why I like checking things out on here, there are always people having similar experiences that help me not be so confused.
PeaceN2 You. I am definately going to look at that, I have tried everything else I can think of and it isn't getting any better. Thanks for the suggestion. I know every other muscle I have has spammed at one time or another so it sounds reasonable to me. I will let you know if it helped!
