Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

I have endo but can't get a hysterectomy (argh),. What medss are you taking, if I may ask? We tend to fall into "subcategories" of whatt works --- and we have to be sure we're accurately diagnosed. A lot of fatigue can come with Lyme, and spinal Arthritis may be having an impact on nerves (IIRC). So first thing is to push the docs to make sure htey're sure you have fibro! The symptoms overlap a lot of other things.
We usually recommend the book "Fibro for Dummies". Helps us, and our loved ones.
For now? Hydrate, nutrition, and remember: You wake up feeling like people do after they *finish* a marathon or triathlon. As in: Totally flat, spent, achy, ouch, urgh, fall-down worn out.
Healing hopes to you:-)

I am struggling with this greatly right now but looking into anemia for me because of low red blood cell and hemoglobin counts. I also had endo with a full hysterectomy, spondylosis in my neck and now low back, fibro, of course and a heart problem, but I am 50 yo.
Something a massage therapist told me once, "Listen to your body, give it what it needs". I try, believe me I "try"!!
Good luck to you and wishing you more energy!
