I hope you can somewhat enjoy your time away with hubby and family. It's really hard sometimes, though.
I hope you have some fun and some low pain days. And yes, vent away.
Have yourself a good releasing cry, and rest hwen you can. My in-laws make me exhausted, so I can sympathy.
I completely understand feeling anxious. All i can suggest is to not stress yourself out with the thought of going and tell yourself you'll have a great time whether you can only rest and relax, or if you feel up to doing more. Even if you only rest, it's still better than being at work.
A good cry sounds like it would release stress and might make you feel better.
Hope you have a good time.
There are no words , just gratitude for you all.
More love, less pain for you all. Blessings, PJ
I wish I had some suggestions for you, but I'll just say I understand and know how hard it is. Sometimes when I have an outing coming up, and I feel that way, I stay home. I do feel guilty for missing, but I just know in my case, I can't handle it. I know most people say force yourself and go, but that's totally up to you. Do what is best for you.
God bless you!
I'm sorry you're struggling so much. I can totally relate to how you feel. My husband is a team roper and he worked really hard to qualify for the World Series team roping finals in Las Vegas this past December. I was so stressed the minute he qualified because I knew the 10 hr trip and days in Vegas would be way too much for me to do. The months leading up to it I just kept "pretending" I would be able to go. Finally, the month before I just admitted to myself and everyone else that I just couldn't do it. My husband is very supportive and understanding but the guilt and sadness I feel over missing such an important moment for him still gets to me. All I can say is maybe try to be very honest with your husband and let him know how much your suffering with this. I wish you the best! Mima :)
