Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
I looked up diagnosing MS and found this helpful list to conditions to rule out:http://www.nationalmssociety.org/Symptoms-Diagnosis/Other-Conditions-to-Rule-Out
What I suggest you do is to list your symptoms daily and take that list to the next dr's appointment and go over the list and see what she/he has ruled out, ie lupus, vasculitls, etc. Over time, if something more dire than fibro is at work in your body, it will probably show itself.
Much of your symptoms I can relate to with fibro, but the vertigo and cold leg/foot I would bring to the attention of an MD (or two).
Good luck and hang in there!
Great suggestions.
