When I used to be able to work in an office, I got the reputation of being a good listener and a peacekeeper, so unfortunately people hovered around my desk all day. But then I'd get in trouble for visiting too much, even though most of my "visiting" consisted of "huh hmmm". It sounds like people feel very comfortable with you but when is it your turn, right?
Well, at least we all have each other here, we understand, and we don't interrupt.
Take care.

Just do your best to take care of you, and we're here:-) And no interruptions!
One time, I was working and had a visitor who just went on and on, and I did have a migraine. Finally, I just had to beg her to leave. It was like having someone hitting my migrainous head with a hammer.
Take care of you.
After you've done this a few times to the same person, they are likely to bother you less. You can still be chatty in the break room or restroom, but don't let them suck your energy at work.
Good luck! I've been there.
