The Only thing I have found that Calmed it fairly Quickly was 2 Ibuprophen {Which I can NO Longer take}, A Cool Cloth on that side of my Face...and Complete Darkness...

I was tested for vita d and the dr said that I was the lowest score that he had seen. I have been taking extra ever since as well as sublingual vita b. I also take calcium and magnesium.
Dakota I get such pain in my head and face and deep inside me ear when I get those trigem attacks, my head it so tight. Then my C-1 and C-2 in my neck get spased up and I am in hella pain until I can be put in traction, then adjusted by my chiro. I see him tomorrow I can't wait.
