Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
I made it a point to not talk about the fibro or think about it. It only came up once when my friends laughed at me cause I can't "drop it" when I dance anymore. I'm pretty sure if I tried that i'd never make it back up.

Then it hits me later and I try to recover from it for like a week! It's not worth it. I've finally gotten to the point that I stopped doing anything to avoid the flare up afterwards..nothing is worth the pain.
the other thing I would love to do is go to a NY Yankee game...and go to some concerts at Mohegan sun....and I miss doing community work...helping others...
But yes hun.. its good to do something we used to do.. its just sad that we have to "pay" for it!!!.. hugs hun. :)
I had 6 Days back in August 2006...and when the FM came back I was Completely Devastated...went into a downward spiral that seemingly was without end...
One Day...I would prolly just easily sleep it away...cuz if the FM is gone, then chances are so goes with it my Anxiety level...and I could Sleeeep & Dream without interuption...
i'm a water person, so if there's anything i would do it would have to be in the water. lol. never cared for dancing. heh
what else would you you all do? what about camping or hiking?
*splashin water all around* ok that's enough, my arms are too tired now...
