Mine turned out to be acid reflux but with no 'heartburn', was rx'd protonics and am doing fine with it.
HUGS from down south :)
I think mine is caused by being slightly off balance. I used to get crazy dizzy, too. After every kind of test imaginable, one doc told me I just needed to desensitize myself - that there was nothing else for it. They couldn't figure out why I was so dizzy all the time. (They believed me because my eyes would go all crazy from side to side when it happened. I guess you can't fake that.)
So, I made myself dizzy on purpose, over and over. About a week or so of this and I just had a mild nausea. Still unacceptable, I kept at trying to make myself dizzy. I also started practicing yoga and tai chi about then.
I still have a mild nausea occasionally but not like before.
I've found peppermint helps.
Mine goes away right after I'm able to sit up and go to the bath.
It's a different nausea that I get when the pain gets too bad.
I get it about 15 minutes after getting up and nothing - as yet - seems to help. Will try ginger and also peppermint and try and stop eating sugar (I already know it's bad for me but crave it when low on energy) yes unduki I do feel a bit dizzy with it. Thanks all.
Blech!
